Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouse within 5 business days!

Expedited shipping means that your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

Production Time: 3 – 4 business days. Each of my product is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

Shipping Time: 10 – 15 business days to successfully delivered.

At the moment, our shipping cannot deliver to US Military bases. We apologize in advanced for this inconvenience.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the service you chose at checkout.

Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!

The package was delivered to the incorrect address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email.

Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

During a “free shipping” sale, orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.

The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.

How Long Is The Returns Process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Return Policy
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as an undeliverable address, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% – 5% packages will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, lost by post office.
In case of issues listed above, please kindly send pictures of the item showing the damage and label of the item along with a clear description of the problem and contact our customer support teams with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment can be arranged within 24 hours.
Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product is received. We won’t offer exchange for orders delivery over 15 days. For exchange, you don’t need to return the item for us.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENCIATION caused when printing, making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when comparing with the artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 centimeters shorter/longer or widers/smaller than the announced size chart.

Frequent cases in return and refund
Below are how we generally handle frequent issues with fulfilling and shipping order. How we handle these case may still varies depend on how serious the case is, and after we have collected all the .
This is NOT how we always act for every request. Actual solution may differs for each case.

Shipping wrong item: We will replace the item.
Damaged item: When our items are processed, it’s always intact and got no damage. However, there are many cases that the Custom Control will tear the shipment to check for its content, or there may be damages during transportation. It’s hard to check whose responsibility it is. In most cases, we will replace the item if the damage can be clearly seen. Customer must also send the proof of damage and the photo of the packaging label so we can inspect further.
Small print area or broken print area (low quality printing): if the issue is because of the factory (means that the artwork file follows our guidelines but the print area is still small), we will replace the item.
Actual product is smaller than announced size: If the actual product is more than 2 centimeters shorter/longer/wider/smaller than the announced size chart, we will replace the item.
What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is flawed.
The print quality is poor.
The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
Please contact our Customer Support team (support@winxmerch.com) to start the exchange process. Please include the following information:

Order number
Video or photo of the faulty product
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Sometimes the delivery status is updated in advance and you may see your package marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it.
